进一步提高城市品位，完善城市配套功能，提高丹江口市的接待水平，将高星级酒店项目布局在丹江口市右岸新区。

The purpose of the project is to further upgrade the city grade, improve the urban supporting functions, and enhance the reception level of Danjiangkou. The high star-level hotel project is located in the new district at right bank of Danjiangkou.

项目建设内容

项目规划酒店建设用地面积60亩，总投资25000万元，按生态式现代简约建筑风格打造标志性建筑，主楼高18层，客房300间，床位550张以上，建筑面积28000㎡。由意向投资人制作设计方案（含酒店装修方案）。

In the project, it is planned to build a hotel with an area of 60 mu and a total investment of RMB 250 million. A landmark building will be built as per the ecological, modern and simple architectural style. The main building is 18 floors high, with 300 guest rooms and more than 550 beds. The building area is 28,000 m2. The design scheme (including the hotel decoration scheme) shall be prepared by the interested investor.

丹江口市是南水北调中线工程调水源头和大坝加高工程建设所在地。境内旅游资源十分丰富，具有地文景观类、水域风光类、生物景观类、古迹及建筑类、人文活动类等六大类，融独特的人文奇观与神奇的自然景观为一体。拥有武当山和丹江口水库两张世界级“名片”，具有发展成为国际性生态旅游目的地的优势。项目建成后可以带动就业300人。

Danjiangkou is the source of water transfer for the South-North Water Transfer Project (Central Route) and the construction site of the dam heightening project. The territory has rich tourism resources, including six categories: physiographic landscape, water area landscape, biological landscape, historical sites and buildings as well as cultural activities, integrating unique cultural wonders and magical natural landscapes. With two world-class "business cards" of Wudang Mountain and Danjiangkou Reservoir, the city has the advantage of developing into an international eco-tourism destination. The project will create 300 jobs after completion.
