湖北一专专用车产业园位于六里坪工业园，园区距十堰东风公司15公里，距武当山机场，高铁武当山站火车站，高速路口均在3公里以内，园区规划厂房面积30万平方米，已建成面积7万平方米，在建面积8万平方米，周边30公里内各类汽车整车及零部件企业2000多家，年从十堰产出各类底盘50万辆以上。
Hubei Yizhuan Special-purpose Vehicle Industrial Park is located in Liuliping Industrial Park. It is 15 kilometers away from Shiyan Dongfeng Company, and within 3 kilometers from Wudangshan Airport, Wudangshan Railway Station and expressway entrances. The planned plant area in the park is 300,000 square meters, with a built-up area of 70,000 square meters and an area under construction of 80,000 square meters. There are more than 2,000 automobile and parts enterprises within 30 kilometers around. More than 500,000 chassis of various types are produced from Shiyan annually.
专用车产业园属六里坪工业园内湖北一专专用车产业园，生产各类专用生产车，规划年产各类专用车6万台。
The SPV Industrial Park belongs to Hubei Yizhuan SPV Vehicle Industrial Park in Liuliping Industrial Park, which produces all kinds of SPVs, with a planned annual output of 60,000 SPVs.
（一）15万平方米车间对外招商：

1、纳税达到一定数额，可享受东风底盘先装车后结款政策。

单体项目入驻仅需要投资设备和流动资金，约2000万元－10000万元不等，企业自筹。
The settlement of single projects only requires investment in equipment and working capital, ranging from RMB 20 million to RMB 100 million, which is raised by the enterprise itself.
