六里坪工业园地处湖北省十堰市丹江口市六里坪。距十堰东风公司15公里，园区服务大楼距武当山机场、高铁武当山站、火车站、高速路口等均在6公里以内，武西高铁、襄渝线设站，福银高速、呼北高速、316国道、209国道穿境。园区规划面积3万亩，建成区面积近1万亩。十堰周边30公里内各类汽车整车及零部件企业2000余家，年从十堰出产各类车辆达50万辆以上。六里坪工业园区人才公寓、食堂、公交、水、电、天然气、污水处理等基础设施配套完善。
Liuliping Industrial Park is located in Liuliping, Danjiangkou, Shiyan, Hubei. The Park is 15 km away from Shiyan Dongfeng Company, and the service building is within 6 km of the Shiyan Wudangshan Airport, Wudangshan Railway Station, other railway stations, and expressway entrances. Neighboring traffic also includes Wuhan-Xi'an High-speed Railway, Xiangyang-Chongqing Railway (with a station), Fuzhou-Yinchuan Expressway, Hohhot-Beihai Expressway, G316, and G209. The planning area of the Park is 30,000 mu, and the built-up area is nearly 10,000 mus. There are more than 2,000 enterprises of various types of automobiles and parts within 30 kilometers of Shiyan, with an annual production of more than 500,000 vehicles. Liuliping Industrial Park is well equipped with infrastructures such as talent apartments, canteens, public transportation, utilities, and sewage treatment facilities.
为贯彻落实“一带一路”国家战略，大力扩展对内对外开放新空间，湖北省丹江口市六里坪镇拟建设“湖北·十堰外贸产业孵化基地”。基地将为外贸企业提供包括通关、退税、结汇等在内的国际贸易全价值链的一站式服务，打造以培育外贸生态产业链为核心的区域外贸综合服务平台。
In order to implement the national strategy of the Belt and Road Initiative and vigorously expand the new space for opening up to the domestic and outside world, it is intended to build the "Shiyan (Hubei) Foreign Trade Industry Incubation Base" in Liuliping, Danjiangkou, Hubei. The base will provide foreign trade enterprises with one-stop services in the whole value chain of international trade, including customs clearance, tax rebate, foreign exchange settlement, etc., and build a regional foreign trade comprehensive service platform centered on the cultivation of a foreign trade ecological industry chain.
政策扶持
Policy Support
1、提供办公场所。提供不低于800㎡的办公用房。
1.Office space. Office space of no less than 800m2 should be provided.
2、出口创汇奖励。对实现产品出口的企业，每出口1美元产品奖励0.05元人民币。
2. Export earnings incentives. For enterprises that achieve product exports, every USD 1 of product exports will be rewarded with RMB 0.05.
3、出口规模奖励。对完成年度出口目标任务的企业，对其法定代表人予以奖励。超额完成出口任务的，以50万美元为基数，每增加50万美元出口收入，奖励1万元人民币。对年出口达500万美元以上的企业，市政府将按照“一事一议、一企一策”的原则给予该企业更多、更大的优惠政策和奖励。
3. Export scale incentives. For enterprises that complete the annual export target tasks, the legal representative will be rewarded. For enterprises that exceed the export target, with USD 500,000 as the base, every USD 500,000 increase in export revenue will be rewarded with RMB 10,000. For enterprises with annual exports of more than USD 5 million, the government will give the enterprises more and greater preferential policies and incentives based on the principle of "one discussion for one issue and one policy for one enterprise".
4、流动资金、贷款贴息政策。对年出口达到2000万美元以上的企业，其流动资金贷款产生的利息可适当补贴。
4.Working capital and policy of loan with subsidized interest. For enterprises with annual exports of more than USD 20 million, the interest generated by their working capital loans will be properly subsidized.
